Jeff Boone

Born and raised in Paragould, AR, Jeff solidified his roots as a graduate of Paragould High School and respected member of the community.  Steadfastly devoted to his family, Jeff is married to Tammy Boone, with five children, seven grandchildren, and a foster parent to one son. They are members of the Reynolds Park Baptist church, where Jeff serves on the finance and personnel committees.
Jeff also serves on the Greene County Baptist Executive board and the Christian Women’s Job Corp Advisory board. As a member of the Lions Club since 1989, Jeff has represented many positions including President of the Paragould chapter, District Governor, and State Council Chair.
Jeff began his insurance career in 1989 with A.L. Williams, and joined Cook Insurance Agency in 1991, where his success lies on the foundation of hard work and strong morals.

Will Branch

Will is an agent who has been with the office since 2013. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. He is married to his wife, Laura Branch, and they have two children. One daughter, Elise, and a son William Andrew. When he isn’t at the office or with his family, he enjoys spending time traveling, camping, canoeing and reading. He is a three-time Paul Harris Fellow (Rotary International), a graduate of Leadership Jonesboro, and also a graduate of the Safeco Insurance Producer Development Program. He is a regular volunteer at the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Jonesboro, and Jonesboro Young Professionals Network. In 2017, Will was recognized as one of Premiere Magazine’s Thirty Under Forty. In 2019, he was awarded the Young Professional of the Year by the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, he was recognized as the Best Insurance Agent of NEA by Best of NEA. He is also a member of First United Methodist Church.

John Cook

John is a native of Paragould, AR and is also a graduate of Arkansas State University. He is a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church in Paragould where he has served on several different boards. He is married to his wife, Carrie Cook, and they have two sons- Jacob and Samuel. John has served as past President of Paragould Kiwanis Club, a past board member and president of both the Greene County Library and Northeast Arkansas Regional Library, Board of Directors for the Paragould/ Greene Co. Chamber of Commerce, graduated from Leadership Paragould, current Chairman of both the Paragould Housing Development Corporation and Lakeview Apartments and very involved with Boy Scouts of America as past board member. He was awarded the District Award of Merit, and also Cubmaster of the Year. John has work in the Insurance industry since 1993. He is currently an owner/partner of Cook Insurance Agency, Inc. and Jonesboro Insurance Agency, Inc.  He enjoys working with a great team of employees at both locations. In his downtime he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, fishing and hunting.

Luke Cook

After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 1994, Luke started working with his father and brother at Cook Insurance Agency, Inc. in Paragould, AR. In 2005 they opened Jonesboro Insurance Group, Inc.  Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys on their farm where they hunt and fish. He is a member of First United Methodist Church in Paragould where he has served on several different committees. Luke graduated from Leadership Paragould and also serves on the Paragould Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well as various other committees.

Pam Dalton

Pam is an agent who has been with Jonesboro Insurance Group since 2015, and she has been a licensed agent for over 18 years. She is married to Jack Dalton and they have two daughters, Ashley and Abi. When she isn’t at the office, she enjoys spending time traveling and going to the lake with her family. She is also very involved at Valley View Schools.

Hal Saunders

Hal has 14 years of experience dealing with retirement issues, Medicare, life insurance, and health insurance. He joined Jonesboro Insurance Group, Inc. in 2010. Originally from Lepanto, Hal is a long-time resident of Jonesboro and attends Central Baptist Church. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a degree in psychology and is a proud supporter of the Red Wolves. When not in the office, Hal enjoys sports and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandson Rowen.

Shirley Shirley

Shirley has been with Jonesboro Insurance Group since 2012. She joined the office after having spent 40 years with Sigsby Insurance, Inc. (General Insurance of Leachville). Serving people in an honorable and friendly manner has always been the goal of Shirley in serving the insurance needs of her customers. Shirley is married to Howard Shirley and resides in Caraway, AR. Family is an important part of Shirley’s life. She has two children, four bonus children, and at last count, twenty-six grandchildren and great-grandchildren with which she enjoys spending time. Shirley serves as a member, pianist, treasurer, and youth Sunday school teacher of Rowe’s Chapel Baptist Church. She and Howard enjoy taking trips throughout the year and seeing the beautiful United States.
